
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to be home for my service appointment ? No! You are not required to be home for service. Provided we have direct access to your yard & your gate is left unlocked we will enter directly upon arrival and get started.
What time will you arrive? As yard scoop times may vary & we frequently update our route to accommodate new clients, What's The Scoop does not guarantee an exact arrival time. With that said, on your scheduled service day, we will always contact you prior via text notification to let you know when we are on our way to give you a heads up!
What if I have to pause or cancel my service? No problem! What's The Scoops? Service plans are run on a month to month subscription. If you wish to cancel your recurring service, you may do so at any time, however Pre-paid fees will not be reimbursed for your current service month. We would appreciate if you notified us at least 48hours prior to your next months scheduled scoop if you wish to cancel.
Do you take the waste with you? We sure doo! In addition to your clean up service, we also haul away the waste for free!
What happens if there is inclement weather on my service day? At times, due to severe weather conditions (heavy rain, thunder, lightning, hail, snow, high winds or extreme temperatures) we may need to reschedule a scoop. We do not refund for missed days as we will either reschedule for another day that week or we will be scooping twice as much waste at your following appointment. If we do reschedule, we will do our best to reschedule you for a day as close to you regular service day as possible.
